WHAT IS GRIT?

GRIT is a 4 week (28 day) wellness program focused on finding deep health. By focusing on our 4 pillars of health, GRIT is designed to support your growth in establishing healthy habits that create real change.

STRENGTH TRAINING / NUTRITION / RECOVERY / MINDFULNESS

Our Four Pillars of Health Explained: Strength Training- A progressive strength training program focused on building strength, improving body composition, your overall fitness baseline, and establishing a new strength training foundation Nutrition- A Protein-focused nutrition guide supported by a whole foods diet including 50+ follow along recipes, and a weekly grocery list. Recovery- Science based protocols and education to improve both the quality and quantity of your sleep over the next 4 weeks. Ensuring you are fully recovered and ready to perform. Mindfulness- Breathwork classes designed to balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and align the body + mind.
