Now that we have pushed to establish a new baseline over the last 2 weeks, we will continue to level up in our TEMPO format by introducing bi lateral movements, heavier weights, and extended works bouts. This all leads to building more muscle and further developing our general conditioning baseline. Have fun with this fast paced, full body, workout.
