Workout 1 of BLD (Build) is a TEMPO style workout focused on the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, back and core). The workout start with a simple but effective resistance band activation, and moves into a lower body tri-set, following by an upper body superset, and a spicy core finisher. Have fun with this one and give it 100% effort.
