As we start to incorporate more conditioning and dynamic movement in phase II of BLD we are bringing back our BURN format. If this is your first time doing a BURN workout, you are in for a treat. This full body workout is 24 minutes long, consisting of two 12 minute blocks, both utilizing 1 medium dumbbell. This workout is meant to improve muscle and cardiovascular conditioning, so choose a weight that is manageable for sustainable bouts of work!
