Great job working through weeks 5 & 6 now it is time switch up the intent and focus more on utilizing heavier dumbbells, less total sets/reps, and focusing on getting stronger. This workout starts out with a tri set focused specifically on building the hamstrings, then moves into a lower body and core focused super set, and finishes with a strength focused ascending super set.
