BURN / This might be the hardest workout of STG/ yet… IMO. Like last week, this workout builds off of our BURN workouts from the previous weeks by slowly increasing the complexity + intensity of each movement. We are starting to make the transition into our SWEAT format and this workout will give you a little taste for what is in store.

As a reminder, this is an engine building + muscle endurance, STG/ foundation workout that focuses on high volume + high energy with an emphasis on controlled intensity and increasing complexity of movement patterns.
