TEMPO / This is a bold statement but I truly think that THIS is by far my favorite workout of STG/ yet. We start with an incredible, low impact, strength focused block where we will focus on increasing the volume + weight from STG/ II week 1. We then move into a unilateral series that increases in difficulty. Lastly, we finish with some killer accessory + core work.
