SLOW BURN / This flow is all about pushing through resistance, literally and figuratively. This full body flow starts out with a bang with one of our favorite, pilates burpee series to really warm-up the entire body, specifically the core. From there we move into a lower body series when we introduce the Tic Tock (pray for the booty), we’ll take an upper body intermission and the finish with everyone’s favorite… spoon! Come as you are, take what you need and let’s try to get just a little bit stronger.
