SLOW BURN / Before pushing play, I want you to decide… When things get tough in this workout, are you going to give up or are you going to do your absolute best to get better. Now, commit to it and let’s flow. We will start with a lying core series to really activate the deep core so that you can use it to help stabilize you thru the lower body work. From there, grab your resistance band and get comfy because we will be using it for the entire lower body + upper body portion. Lastly, we will finish with a quick little core series to wrap the workout up with a pretty little bow.
