SLOW BURN / For the next 45 minutes, allow yourself to be completely present in this moment and just be where your feet are. We start this flow with a bang with one of our personal favorites, ascending mountain gliders which will ignite the body from head to toe. From there we’ll move into a kneeling upper body series that has a heavy emphasis on shoulders followed by a single leg isolation series that has a super spicy table top series and go out with a bang with an intentional core series.
