BENCH BANGER / We definitely set the bar (or the bench rather) HIGH for the first workout of the month. This is an amazing, full body workout that utilizes a bench and dumbbells to ignite the mind and body. We start with an aggressive, lower body posterior chain series, move into and upper body focused flow and finish with a bodyweight cardio + core gasser.
